Hi, I’m Jasmine -
Counsellor, Wellness Mentor & Yoga Teacher
I'm Jasmine, founder and lead therapist at Kind Mind Wellness. Over the past eight years, my journey has revolved around creating spaces within well-being, offering diverse experiences such as yoga classes, retreats, workshops, mindfulness, and counselling.

I love connecting with people from all walks of life. I am passionate about living well, from a centred space and connecting with our body's innate wisdom.
I embody a philosophy where every individual is recognized as the expert in their own life. Specialising in connected talk therapy, I bring an embodied understanding of the mind-body connection into my therapy spaces, fostering a holistic approach to personal transformation.

Rooted in a multifaceted background spanning government, education, the arts/special event industry, disability, and non-profit sectors, my counselling style integrates body, mind and soul, acknowledging our inner wisdom. Whether through one-on-one sessions, events, festivals, or retreats, I am dedicated to fostering a nurturing space for transformative journeys toward healing, self-discovery, and holistic well-being.
Making mental health support & wellness accessible, digestible, affordable & a little fun lights me up.
And I can’t wait to share my beautiful blend of education & experience with you
My intention is to create a safe space where you are seen, heard, accepted & respected. A place to reconnect with your inner wisdom and innate worth, promoting a sense of belonging and self acceptance.
