Hands up if you have ever been subjected to me making you shake 🙋🏼‍♀️



Humans & Zoo animals are the only mammals that forget to shake after a traumatic event. You see a dog get hit in the head with a bell it will shake it off, a bird gets attacked and it will ruffle and shakeout it’s feathers. 🪶



Shaking and somatic movements can change your emotional state. Moving the energy in the body allows you to let go of holding on so tight so that your energy can flow once again.



All emotions are is energy in motion, they are fluid, moving and resources that are meant to be felt and released.



Humans have such a way of holding on so tightly to everything. We think that if we keep our worries close that we will be able to manage them. If we keep our worries in plain sight, we will have less chance of them coming true. When in fact the very act of doing so is causing us to live in the places we are trying to avoid.



Your body is craving Movement for you to shake that shit out and let it go. LET THINGS FLOW 🦋



Have a shake, let go of your inner critic and judge, feel your cells singing to you, hold your heart and come back to the home that is you 🤎
